Neck & Shoulder Pain

For years I suffered with upper back pain and I would feel a tingling sensation after walking 15- 20 minutes. Tingling does not quite describe the feeling since it was painful and I did not look forward to walking. I’ve been going to chiropractors for years, but for the first time in 30 years, I walked for over 1 hour and did not have back pain. It might seem like it is not a very big deal to some people but this was a VERY big deal to me.
